NUTRITIONAL APPROACH TO WEIGHT MANAGEMENT

Also known as personalized nutrition,

is focused around the person's holistic health. The recommended nutritional interventions are centered around the whole person, and encompass your physical, mental, emotional, environmental, social, and spiritual health.

Building a health meal plan for your family may be challenging and overwhelming, given the stressors surrounding us all. I'll provide support and tools for you to practice weekly meal planning, navigating grocery aisles, read nutritional labels, and help the family establish healthy eating habits for the long-term.​

Losing weight can be such a struggle. From genetic and environmental factors, to sleep, metabolic changes and gut health, social pressures, mental health, emotional eating, chronic stress can all affect body weight and a person's ability to manage it. There's no one size-fits-all! Working with you to learn about the foods and tastes that you love, I'll help support your journey by creating a personalized nutritional weight loss plan that fits your lifestyle that can be maintained long-term.​

FERTILITY & FAMILY PLANNING

Women usually are told what not to eat while they're pregnant but nutrition guidance and healthy eating during pregnancy may be challenging to manage. I develop highly tailored nutritional plans to support you though all stages of the perinatal period. This includes: fertility and pre-pregnancy, first trimester, second trimester, third trimester, and postpartum. I also provide nutritional support for gestational diabetes.

INITIAL CONSULTATION - FREE

During this 15-minute free phone consultation, we will discuss your health concerns, needs, goals, your journey duration and commitment expectations, and pricing. I will also answer any questions you my have. 

Personalized nutrition therapy

INITIAL ASSESSMENT

This is a 90-minute session where we will deep dive into your health story, uncover underlying causes of your symptoms, conduct a nutrient assessment, and walk through all aspects of your physical, mental, emotional, environmental, social, and spiritual health.

Your health journey

YOUR UNIQUE & PERSONALIZED PLAN INTRODUCTION

This is your official program start! During this 60-minute session, scheduled a week after your initial assessment, I will provide your personalized nutrition plan and walk you through each step guided by your own biology and internal needs. 

Start your wellness journey

FOLLOW UP SESSIONS (BI-WEEKLY)

Every two weeks, we'll have a 30-minute follow up session in which I'll provide lifestyle focused nutrition counseling and ensure we continue your personalized progress towards your long-term optimal health. We will work together to review, tweak, and optimize your plan that works best for your lifestyle.

Restoring balance and establishing long-term health and lifestyle changes takes time and effort.
For most people it takes a 5-6 month minimum commitment or 10-12 sessions to address
the root causes of the symptoms and work towards creating lasting lifestyle changes.
